Rural Development Conference 2023

The Arkansas Economic Development Commission, Division of Rural Services and the Arkansas Rural Development Commission are dedicated to enhancing economic development throughout the state; together, we are providing participants with the latest information and resources they need to strengthen their communities.
Our three-day conference draws more than 650 attendees, including mayors, county judges, legislators, state and federal officials, and community leaders. During the conference, participants will have the opportunity to learn more about the many programs and services available through AEDC that assist rural communities and their leaders with development, planning and revitalization efforts. Our conference hosts a variety of breakout sessions and panels, legislative committee meetings, two luncheons as well as dinners and events!

General Attendee
Registration fees cover all conference materials as well as entertainment activities, receptions, breaks and meals. Attendees who register before April 23rd can take advantage of the early-bird rate of $125.00 per attendee. For those who register after April 23rd, conference fees are $150 per attendee.

Exhibitor
Exhibit space is $400.00 per booth includes an 8x8 piped and draped exhibit booth, along with a skirted 6-foot table, two chairs and two paid registrations covering all conference materials, entertainment activities, receptions, breaks and meals.
The early-bird rate for additional attendees expires on April 23rd and is $125 per person. Additional registrations after April 23rd are $150 per attendee. Booths are assigned on a first come, first served basis.
